Huge Devlog - thoughts, plans and features.

I'm working hard on this game right now and it makes me happy! Writing everything in my notebook even if I'm outside and a random idea appears in my mind, fixing or changing stuff. Wish i had more heads!

The development of Steel Frost became my oasis where I feel inspired and encouraged.

--- The Demo will be completely updated. Dialogues will be rewritten, some parts of the graphics redrawn, and there will be an extension with more interaction with Phil.

--- The lore and the world of the game makes me so excited. I constantly think about small details and love how the world develops and becomes more alive, lore details appear in it, that hold it like titanium rods!

For example I'm also working on a concept of Jeff's flying car. I want it to look really cool and iconic because it will have key moments in the game. Designing insides of warehouse heavy machinery and Jack's many movable modular screens and even Mechs.

--- At this moment there are 6 characters in this game. 4 of them should have "nsfw scenes" (Jack is not one of them lol).

--- Still thinking about how to show the game progress and what to post. Maybe I will be posting chapters of it (I guess I should look at how others do it). Otherwise going silent until the game is finished months later and posting just in between sketches will be a bit boring. I'm thinking about this carefully.

--- At this point Steel Frost is a serious project to me and I hope to release it on Steam and Switch (After making a reasonably SFW version, there will be no issues).

--- I might release a spinoff pixel platformer game with Jack in the middle of development. It will be a paid game and the reason for it will be to help me with the fundraising. I don't think I will do a kickstarter... Instead making a short in-lore game that you can buy if you want to support me sounds so much more fun.

This game will have 4 levels and shows Jack as a character from his original story with its own heroes and villains. A game that exists in the world of Steel Frost, played by those who live in it (it even starts with Jeff inserting a card into an arcade cabinet that sits at the corner in the middle of nowhere in the warehouse). In theory it's not that difficult to do because I have already tried to make my own platformer many times and even have a couple of prototypes. And the whole world and story of Jack was already written and drawn many years ago.

Let's continue working!
